With the Gold Announcement

coming Monday.. (assuming everything goes well that is ) are the staff here ready to introduce whatever they have planned for the gold announcement?

just curious because.. quite honestly Gabe's post caught me by surprise.. so wondering how the staff here are preparing for a possible announcement on Monday?

i know Chris has been tight-lipped when asked about it. and im not asking what it is u have planned.. but.. how ready are u for Monday?

No, that is when Valve will send out the final "gold" copy of HL2 to manufacturing plants for replications. Then in several weeks (approximately 3 or 3 weeks), HL2 will be on store shelves.

I think a gold forum skin is a necessity.

i was asking about the planning of the staff's idea(s).
not what they were.

i am hoping to be pleasantly surprised Monday with whatever the staff here have in mind.. and it definitely doesn't need to be limited to just 1 idea
