WMP: Error downloading Codec

Everytime i download a video clip i get this message. The clip will download fine, a message will say "downloading codec *%", then when it gets to 100%, i get the "error downloading codec" message. The sound will play, but I dont get any video. Any ideas?

get media player classic. thats my tip. Google for it.
