WMVs are dark black

Whenever I play a WMV back, all I get is the video but very, very dark. I can see like one thing that is bright, thats it. What the hell can I do? I reinstalled it, and that didnt work.

I'm using WMP11. Helpppppppppppppppppp.

are your brightness or contrast settings changed in your wmv settings

They are normal. Nothing is changed. Everything comes in blackkkkkkkk. Help. kthxbai.

Update WMP? Using something other than WMP? Update your codecs?

Its only a couple WMVs that don't play correctly. Oh well, I don't care. Forget this thread.

Well, at least they're not light black. That'd just be gay. Erm... gray.
