I've been curious for a while as to what a specific genre of art is called. It's the sort of communist-russia feeling, a worn billboard or something. I'll post some examples:

That sort of gritty, old-cheap-paint on brick style, achieved through many filters on PS, stuff that looks like old Russian propaganda posters painted on walls - I can't describe it better than that.
Is that called anything, if any of you have any idea what I'm talking about?
