Anyways. I need some sort of program, with which to create a menu for a webpage I'm designing. But not any menu! Oh no! No, I speak of a magic menu, a menu that only appears when one rightclicks!

I don't think php will do that for you. Java or flash would be the easiest I think. You could do that in dhtml maybe?
