It's a blogging service based on the WordPress package. Right now it's in beta, so only a handful of people who enter the monthly lottery get a blog. It's a good blogging service, better than Blogger, and definitely much better than a Xanga or LiveJournal. (ease of use and the subjects members post).

I won the monthly lottery and got a wordpress.com blog.

I love my new blog
