Work is really gonna suck today

Blegh... 11 hours till i get home from work this evening with my retail copy of HL2... it's gonna be one LONG work day. :dozey: But then I get to see what all the fuss is about.

Yeha man, I feel your pain. Today is me and my girls 1 year anniversary, so I don't get to play it at all. Cuz Im going up to her college to spend the night with her. I took tomorrow off though. I'm trying to keep my mind off it throughout the work day, but being here doesnt help now does it? LOL.

I played it for 3 hours last night, and slept from 5am to 7am. Today will be interesting.

Woke up at 3AM eastern time and played till 6:30AM..now i have to work the day, watch my 9 month old son tonight while my wife works...then watch the kid in the AM till i go back to work at 12:30 PM. I won't be able to play again until Wed. night after work. Anyone have any ideas on how to get my kid to sleep from 4:30 PM to 12:30 PM?
Maybe i will just stick him in the crib and let him cry while i play. If i wear headphones i won't hear him scream

Me too, up at 3am, played for an hour, now I'm at werk from 08:00 - 05:00pm. At least when I get home, I can play for a few hours.

On the kid, I dunno, his body clock will probably be awake. You won't enjoy the game thinking about what he's doing. Hire a baby sitter, ahhhh.

Man I know the feeling. Have 6 hours of school, followed by 4 hours of work. I'm happy I woke up 1.5 hours early to play a little. Well worth the tiredness (so far anyways :/ )

I woke up at 7am(est) this morning and played it for about an hour and a half. Now i'm at work and won't be able to play it for about 8 hours.

Well, I almost had a solution...PLAY AT WORK! So, i logged into my steam account on my office PC and d-loaded everything and started the game. Runs like crap because this machine operates the HVAC system at the school I work for... Uses tons of resources in background..Crap, i guess i will have to wait till the kid falls asleep
