Would you feel safe buying a NEW video card off of ebay?

Basically, I'm going to be buying a 6800 within the next two weeks. Would you all feel safe buying them off of ebay? Theyre all going for ~$260

Actually, I would feel safe. Just go with a user with a very high positive feedback percent. Also, make sure their feedback score is VERY high. Or else you might get gyped. :-\ But, yeah it would be fine to buy one off ebay. I was thinking about buying one last week, but then I thought my 9800 pro is just fine.. No need to upgrade yet.
