well it finally works and one my pc fairly good CPU, and a crappy video card it gets 32FPS in tester on 1024x768, and high graphics settings : )

Intel Pentium 4 2.4GHZ
Radeon 9000 Pro 128MB
1Gig of ram

I dont what i did, i thyink it was the anistropic filtering so i tuned it off
