they say css graphics aint revolutionary, well, that is true, but it is good, very good, and he compares css with doom3, well guess what buddy, doom3 does have the best graphics but it has SHIT game play, no story, no fun, its only about the scare and the graphics. more people play hl1 and their mods y? becuse of GAMEPLAY! doom3 is good, i say it looks very good, it is scary, but it has no gameplay, thats y it aint very good. i cant believe all these stupid people out there, i just had to express what i feel about people comparing this to doom3

I agree, it doesn't look all that great. However, hopefully later maps will look far better.

Good points. Graphics shouldn't matter as much as gameplay.
But Counter-Strike: Source is only a port of the same game onto a newer engine.
The gameplay is the same, kill whoever isn't on your team and plant/disarm a bomb.
Doom III has some mission objectives at least.

Just for the record.. mp isn't limited to 4 players in doom3.
IMO the storyline was pretty basic with the game.

The big difference for me is that CSS is a MP game. Look at how far down Far Cry's MP had to be compared to the SP effects. If the same is true for CSS and HL2 then watch out world...
