Wow. Stumbled at the first hurdle...HELP!

So I recently installed SDK and I was just configuring it when I had to go out. Anyway when I came back and tried to start it, it says "No game configurations to run with" and I can't select any of the games to work with. Its the very first menu (Documentations, Applications and Links).

I tried restarting Windows and whatnot but nothing.

Help?
