Not quite, looks like a way to predict how a population on the whole will react to a stimulus which is a damm good idea.

If your town census records your birthdate, job title, and whether you own a dog, SWS will generate what Chaturvedi calls a "like someone" with the same stats, but not the same name.

I can see this getting a whole lot of woman who have nothing better to do with their lives worried.
