Wrong models/skins

Whenever I place an entity in Hammer, the skin is not correct. Whether its a table or human. Its always just a black skin, that looks distorted. I've seen the Video Tutorials and they have the correct skins. Whats wrong with my map, the skins are still wrong when I go to run map.

Validate all Steam files... Every source game... (if theyr using same models..) Maybe that helps...
