WTF Is This Business?

[Irksome]

- I changed my resolution from 1024 x 768 to 1152 x 864.
- Now the resolution is at 1152 x 864 with one exception...
- The screen is still zoomed in like it's at 1024 x 768.

So now I find myself panning around my desktop and other windows and unless I make it 1024 x 768 or lower it will stay zoomed in.

Any solutions? So far I've tried...

- Reinstalling my video driver.
- Refreshing the desktop.
- Refreshing the monitor.
- Ran a full screen application, like a game.
- Checked Windows Zoom settings, nadda.

Did you check your monitors size settings? (using the buttons on your monitor to adjust screen size)

lcd or crt?

check in your video settings for the monitor scaling

Probably a driver, video setting thing. Throughly look through there. Make sure you don't have a 2nd monitor or TV out enabled (assuming you don't have a 2nd display). No overscan etc. Double check refresh rate I guess too.

Well I was messing around in my ATI CCC, and a few changes here and there and then all of a sudden no more zoomed in desktop.

So all is well now.
