wtf? virus?

my homepage cant change. its only and always

syssecuritysite website and its shit

now wtf also when i go to google.com it always takes me there, and thats not the case with other sites, just google. any ideas as to how to fix this?!

You should get a program called Stopzilla. Its the best anti spyware/adware software I have seen. Since I have gotten it I have had 0, and I mean ZERO new instances of spyware or adware. I have checked like 8 times in the past 6 months or so, with adaware, spybot and windows defender and ever since I have had stopzilla none of them can find anything. Stopzilla does what it claims, it stops you from getting spyware.

Oh, plus is had a feature called "Homepage Protection" which means nothing can change your homepage except you. Pretty neat. Totally worth it.

Click ctrl alt delete and check for any proccesses that look odd. Check when you have your browser open.

I got that stupid virus too, except on mine it only happens when I restart my computer, then this stupid symentec crap pops up every 1-2 minutes, I stopped it by ctrl + alt + deleting a process calls SYM32.exe, it stopped it completly, I have to do this every time I restart my computer, but meh, I can live with it...

Did you go to add/remove programs and try un-installing symantec products?

Symantec is not a virus itself, they are one of the leading providers of internet security software. Maybe it bugged and needs to be re-installed, or just remove it and use something else. Maybe it came pre-installed, but has crapped out.

Heres an easy fix.
Go to Run: type in MSCONFIG.
click on the Startup tab.
Unclick SYM32.exe

If its not there unclick anything looks like it has to do with synemtec.
