I don't have to worry about too short, I actually hit the max post length of 16000 or 160000 characters or whatever the other day and had to delete a couple paragraphs!

There have been countless debates on this and that is the worst argument against a rep system you can give. That's not the point of a rep system. It's not some popularity contest.
