i bought that ati x800 gto2 and i was what if requires a current psu because mine is 450 watts and doesn't have the type of wire so any help would be good

(trying to read your poor english) your asking if you for a pci-e power connector i presume? if you purchased your card retail then it should have come with one. other that all you need to purchase is a molex to pci-e connector.

Yeah, you can get adapters (flat 4-pin adapter to 4 or 6-pin video card plugs). I would think 450watts would be enough.
