X800/ New Video Card for $400

Ok, I want a new video card. I recently upgraded my computer with a new motherboard, 2x 512 cards or ram, an AMD Athalon 64 3400+, but my graphics card is a radeon 9600.

My card is holding all my upgrades back and i want a new one

I was thinking a radeon x800 pro, cause they are right at $400, but i dont know if there are better ones i could get for that much.

Also, What is the order of quality of cards, x800, x800 SE, or x800 Pro

There is no plain X800. The X800 family goes in this order

1) X800XT PE ($500)
2) X800XT ($450)
3) X800 Pro ($400)
4) X800 SE ($300)

I personally would recommend the Nvidia GeForce 6800 GT that sells for $400. The 6800GT has the same performance as an X800 Pro in HL2, but tends to be a tad bit faster in other games.
