I'm thinking of buying this card, but I'm not sure if it's worth it, especially because I don't have much money. Atm I have a ATi Radeon X600 Pro HDTV, but it's getting behind... kinda. Has anyone got this card, and if so, is it worth the money and are there better cards for lower money (it's €185 in Belgium atm.) ?

For whatever you need my specs, here they are:

Mobo: Asus P5GD1-Pro
Ram: 1,7 GB DDR
GPU: ATi Radeon X600 Pro HDTV
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz

wait a month for the x1800 to come out
then you can either get that or the x800 will have dropped in price

Sapphire GTO2 is your card

with some modding and overclocking, it's a safe and easy X850XT for a hundred and half quid

I'm considering on buying that one, but it seems like nearly the same card, and I haven't got the cooler for overclocking
the x800GTO2 (<--note the 2, the sapphire gto2 is the only one that's like this) uses the same PCB/GPU as the x850XTPE, and the same cooler from the x850Pro. people are getting stable OCs of x850XT PE speeds with 50-70 temps under load on stock cooling over on www.overclockers.co.uk:eek:
