The best x800 xt thats out there does it need a minium power supply spec?

300 or 350Watt is the min. recommended PSU, the HIS IceQ card says 400Watt I believe.

i just hope i can get away with a 420W with my 6800Ultra and full comp of other components. I'd hate to have to replace my 420 with a 500 and lose the great wiring job this shop is doing for it.

a 6800u will run perfectly fine on any 350w PSU...
