I do have a serious question, though. I've heard that a lot of people with the newer x800 series graphics cards are having problems with Half-Life 2. For the x800 series owners out there... do you have any problems with it?

No I'm not excited, and no whoever told you people are having problems with X800 cards on Source need to be kicked. If you have a system that won't bottleneck the card it should run fine.

Well when i tested my X850 XT PE, It ran Counter-Strike Source above 120 FPS ALL the time.
I found that it ran the game better when you put it all on high.
