Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 controls.

Hey guys, just need a little help.
I'm writing a design documentation on Portal and I need to know what buttons are used for what in Portal on the Xbox 360. If you know the Playstation 3 controls that'd be helpdul too (I know the PS3 version isnt out yet, I could make an educated guess at those when i know the 360 controls though ). I only own the pc version and i've googled and can't find any answers. So if anyone with a 360 version could give me a hand

I need to know what to press for each of these...

Walk Forwards
Walk backwards
Strafe Left
Strafe Right
Turn Left
Turn Right
Look Up
Look Down
Jump
Duck
Shoot Blue Portal
Shoot Orange Portal
Use
Pick up item
Throw item
Drop item
