xbox - Steel Battalion

Has anyone here played or bought this game and the controller?

I never really heard much of this game when it came out. I feel like playing a Mech game.

I heard of it, but it is way too expensive.

Don't bother getting it now though, as they are disabling the online portion of the game in like 2 months, and that is how you go through the campaign for the latest Steel Battallion.

Let's hope there is a Steel Battalion for X360

so you need xbox live to play this?

I don't have broadband so I can't get xbox live.

Is there any type of controler like this one for the pc?

I own the first Steel Battalion, the Single Player one, it's great.
Sadly there's little chance we'll be seeing a Steel Battalion on the 360.
I emailed some officials some while ago and they said that even tho they might find a way to connect the original Steel Battalion controller to the 360 it's highly unlikely that they will make a sequel, which is sad because this is one of the best games out there.
