I just realized that Steam has a support section for HL2 on Xbox already...

It has three questions and answers so far... Nothing big... Just though you guys should know if you didn't already.

at least xbox users don't have to worry about compatibility issues, and the off chance steam forces them to download a patch that makes their game stutter. (like the 9/23 patch did for many PC gamers)

That's definitely not so. HL2, no...Half-Life's rep in general should be universal by now. I prefer to play HL2 on PC, but I think the Xbox version will do good to those who just can't simply afford a high-end rig.

Im excited for the xbox release, all my friends at work hear me talk about this game over and over, and i want/hope them to enjoy it as i did the first and most recent time i played it. I do fear that it wont run nice and looks good on the xbox, i know it wont look like how i play HL2. I played a VERY early build of the game, and it was below par in my standards. My manager also played a build of the game a couple months ago and said the same. The most recent copy of EGM says they are holding off their review of the game cuz valve says that the final build of the game will be polished and running smoothly. So i hope that they arent pulling our legs, and EGM gives it 10, 10, 10
