Some people (including me) wondered exactly what advantages Xbox games would have being played on an Xbox 360.
Just being able to play xbox games on the 360 is great. You can even play multiplayer games online with xbox owners if you have a 360. The fact that the xbox games get run in a high resolution with full screen anti-aliasing rules.
here is a good article about it:

Games tested were Halo 2, Dead or Alive 3, Grand Theft Auto - Vice City, and The Hulk
Sounds great, I hope to play my favorite xbox games on the 360

One more reason to get Black for XboxWhen the game you want actually makes it onto the supported games list, get ready for a little HD treat. The Xbox 360 will run Xbox games in 720p or 1080i. The games will also get a good dose of antialiasing to get rid of "jaggies" or stairstepping effects found on the edges of characters and scenery.

the images are of Xbox games playing on the 360. When you hover your mouse pointer over the images it shows how it looks on the 360.When you first insert an Xbox game that is compatible with the Xbox 360, the system will download an update from Xbox Live and store it on the hard drive; it's functionally equivalent to a patch for a PC game. Downloads normally take no more than a few seconds across a decent broadband connection.
