That video makes me laugh so hard, I hate homophobiacs myself, I think its wrong to judge someone for their sexual preferences unless it harms another person or creature.

I think its great that he released this video anyway, and its still very respectful of him to blurr out all the gamertags for the people who were being jackasses.

No that's pretty much the standard Xbox Live experience right there. I think the term "console fags" fits in quite nicely here.

Repetitive bashing of one guy is humorous to you? I got tired of their crap after 30 seconds. Humor is one thing but those guys could at least mix it up a bit.
 
I mean the typical Xbox LIVE shit talking. I don't go on LIVE or the internets expecting to run into open minded people, because we all know the internets is serious business, right? :rolleyes: . This video, I do find funny as it showcases types of people and their reaction to basically a person's gamertag name.
 
People on Xbox live piss me off. I always end up playing against loud mouth idiots making racial slurs and insulting people's sexuality. Usually the only words they can think of are ****** and ****er. Seriously, if your going to be an ass and attempt to insult me anonymously over the internet, at least mix it up.
 
I've come across some pretty bad people in online multiplayer games but console multiplayer takes the cake every time. The simplicity and ease of entry into console games allows for all the idiots who really just don't give a shit. Yes it's all fun and games to shit talk the enemy when you're beating them or when they are having a go at you.

My in game nick is Cake. Strawberry and I don't have people attacking my name at all. Except for the one time someone said I was deliciously fruity.

In the live games I usually go into, it's a bunch of white kids/minorities talking about how gangster they are with me and a couple other people trying to play the game. That combined with the homophobia is why I never play XBL anymore, I just use my gold account for demos and other stuff.
 
And yet people continue to pay good hard earned money to play games with morons because? I could never justify handing over money for a gold subscription just to put up with a bunch of whiny kids. CS is bad enough on weekends.
 
But I get that experience for free with my PC/PS I think you can see who I'm having a go at here.
 
Co-op/multiplayer with actual friends is awesome, that requires a gold membership.

Hell, even that one time some of HL2.net had a piss around on Halo 3 was a laugh.

Although this represents the majority of XBL experiences online (bunch of hooting dickholes as Yahtzee said) it doesn't count to the service being bad.
 
I'd rather not get into the whole console war business, all I can say is that I've been with XBL since the beta and I'm still happy with it

Halo 3 does tend to attract the cock ends of this world - and without intending to generalise too much, 9 times out of 10 they are american. In 2 vs. 2 me and my mate use pink tags and take great pleasure in teaching these ****tards a lesson.
