I know there are a lot of fans of the X-com series, so I thought I would do some shameless promoting here.

Xenonauts is an isometric strategy game similar to X-com, made by an indie developer called Goldhawk Interactive.

This is the developer I've been collaborating with for the last few months.
My role in the development of the game is to edit the 3d rendered base tiles, adding detail, and creating the damaged and destroyed versions.
So if the final in game levels look bad you know who to rage against. LOL

I've been watching this for quite some time, seemed almost like vaporware.

I was rather hoping for a Psychonauts sequel, but this looks pretty awesome. Know anything about a release date? Wikipedia says later on this year.

Dragoon nailed it. I'm not a fan of this kind of game, but wanted a spiritual successor to Psychonauts. I think Schafer has gone the way of Burton and insists on himself too much to take the road and succeed, though.
