Does anyone know nwhere a good xsi tutorial is.

Actually Softimage has a bunch of XSI tutorials in PDF format on their site. Go here: http://www.softimage.com/Education/XSI/SelfPacedLearning/

You'll see the links on the left. It will need to do some stuff with your account if you haven't already before it gives you access.

if you go into netview inside XSI, click on resources in the page and scroll down to 'softimage heads' there is a list of sites like ed harriss, kim aldis, etc. All of these contain lots of tutorials on XSI.
