one question is 2.08 GHZ is as good as a 2.4 GHZ? 2.4 is the recomended requirements for the cpu. sorry if its a stupid question..

When they recommend 2.4GHz they would be reommending a Athlon 2400+.
They are going by performance, not actual frequency.
