Yellow Water

First time through the game, water was fine. Second time through though, the water is yellow and the coast is not rendered right. Any ideas? I have no idea what changed.

It's an nVidia driver bug ... try downloading a newer driver (not sure whether the latest beta driver available from nZone on the Nvidia.com website cures it yet).
If that doesn't work, just wait til the next WHQL driver release when it willl have been sorted

Indeed, that's what I've got ... apparently it still shows the yellow water bug for some people tho.
3dchipset is a good location for driver news.

71.xx (beta) drivers should be too long away. Some are already available off the nvidia ftp site
