If using your neighbors pool to genetically create a yellow dog that rapes said neighbor, laughs about it, and bakes isn't funny, then I don't know what is.

b) stoned out of your skull.

Since I'm never either of those whenever I watch the shows, that's probably why I don't get the appeal.
Except for Family Guy, manages to crack me up all the time.

A lot of "adult" cartoons are funnier the next day when you're explaining the basic premise of the episode to your friends the next day. Because then you realize just how outlandish and rediculous the plot is. And it's funny!
