Whats your profession?

Well?

Unemployed

(please don't kick me down the hole)

Professional student I suppose. I've never worked a day in my life and I'm 20

I'm going to be working at a summer day camp for kids in early June. Awesome, awesome job, worked it last year. Basically get paid above minimum wage to fool around, act goofy and laugh a bunch.

This is actually entirely accurate to what I do. I'm a pitiful bum with a place to stay.

Though you have a penis and more than two dimensions.

I'll admit, I have told people that Mac's are worth the money.

I was going to make a post saying something along the lines of "Don't worry, when I was a salesman at CompUSA I lied to everyone!"

But... saying a mac is worth the money... thats just downright evil.

I'm a professional loser. When i'm not busy being a total failure, I get payed under the table to vacuum and scrub the stairways and common area of this apartment down the street.

Which reminds me, I haven't done that in a week or two...

But hopefully i'll be moving bags of concrete over the summer. Being a scrub is getting boring.

Student of natural philosophy. Also working in a kebab place for beer money.

About to graduate from university.

From the 1st June I'll be cleaning out the halls of residence kitchens and bedroom. Yay for a degree!

It's only a summer job, I'll still be looking for jobs in the games industry while I work there.

I'm a student and I've never REALLY worked. I used to busk during the summer holidays and that used to keep me going, but in the present economic climate all I get are dirty looks from mean stinges who won't part with their small change. Other than that, I depend on doing odd jobs backstage for my dad's shows. I'm doing an internship with one of my lecturers this summer analysing pictures of the Andromeda Galaxy, but I won't get paid for that because the Physics Department has no money. It just looks impressive on my CV.

I'm probably going to end up working as a pharmacy clerk (basically cashier) again for the summer. Had applied to some more relevant stuff to my degree (Business Tech), but I guess they just ignored me. Would've preferred something more computery.

Fun fact: I haven't changed the job on my profile since I joined. It's still accurate.

Part/Full time freelancer with a contract working as a Merchandiser/Warehouse/Admin down at my local Electrical Retail Establishment

A cheap freelance 3d modeler (Cheap for the moment), other wise unemployed atm, but helped a guy with a art council comic project, monies money i suppose.

Here a mock up that I'm allowed to show, the comic version looks better.

Not graduated as a student yet, but I'm looking for work in the games/technology sales area, so like Gamestation or Curries would be ideal.

Failing that, I'd be happy to work in B&Q.

I'm still a student. May remain so next year depending on if I can find a PhD in decent place.

IT consultant/support. It doesn't get any more glamorous and exciting than this! (it's boring)

Student, unemployed during the summer, then back to being a student in September.

I'm an alarms coordinator at a university. I basically program building/office alarms and deal with the mundane bullshit that's required of me. I dislike my job and if it didn't pay the bills I'd be in Cambodia giving haircuts to transvestite basket weavers.
