A lot different than what I was expecting and heart warming. Personally I thought The Dark Knight was ok, but nothing special (there weren't even any decent fights in it truth be told).

Dark Knight. If it wasn't for this movie it would've been a ridiculously bleak year for cinema. 2009 looks much better, with Watchmen, Sin City 2, The Spirit and a new Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu project coming to mind immediately.
