I always liked Raven. She was so depressingly awesome.

I'm not sure whether he counts - he's more an guiding entity of the universe - but Neil Gaiman's Morpheus, The Sandman, Dream, call him what you will, is quite possibly one of the most awesome guys ever, as well as the point of focus of one of the most awesome comics (graphic novels, if you want to get all picky) evar. I mean ever.

Robocop, the punisher, that V guy seems cool, if Batman didn't have that lousy costume he'd be cool...the terminator is pretty sweet aswell. Basicly any "superhero" who doesn't dress up in some messed up costume and have those questionable superpowers. Extreme skill with weapons for the win.
