ps3 by a long run, then past that wide gap the wii. the in some distant universe the 360.

X360 (don't have one), Wii (don't have one), then PS3 (don't have one).

360, for the sheer awesomeness of AAA first-party games and the inexpensiveness.

X360 (don't have one), Wii (don't have one), then PS3 (don't have one).

You did have a Wii at one point though. Why did you sell it?

I voted PS3, mainly because it's still the one I prefer over the rest.

I never played it. It's a party console, tbh. There's no fun to be had alone, and 1.) It's just my mom and I here, so no family to play with; 2.) I rarely have people over. It just didn't "grab" me as it did other people. I love the console to death, and I'm glad I stood in line for eight hours for it launch night. I truly am. It just wasn't the console for me.

Yeah, I see where you're going there.

Well, the 360 is the console for me, followed by the Wii. The PS3 (zomg rhymes) I've barely played. Only one kid I know has got one, and the little I did play of Resistance was totally forgettable.

I don't actually own any of them, but my bro does have a 360 I play a fair bit when I'm in the neighbourhood. The way I see it is, all the games I want to play have been or are going to be released for the 360 at some point.

The... th... the memories...

Oh god. They're back. Oh god, Pitz, look what you have caused. Don't let them take me.

xbox360 ... my Wii was gathering dust so i've lent it to a mate. There's not enough titles on the Wii, get bored of it after 5 minutes. The 360 on the other hand, can still manage to steal hours of my time. Can't wait for GTA4 though, or Mafia2.

The PS3 has the power but not a wide enough range of really good titles to warrant the money. I'm going to wait till the middle of next year before considering one... as quite a lot of others are too.

i only have a 360 so that atm, wii doesnt interest me at all, ps3 next year might with MGS4 etc

The Wii's by the far the most fun I've had with a console in a long time.

My 360 has pretty much been providing me with constant gaming these last few months. Bioshock, then Halo 3, Orange Box and now COD4 - all four games I still play now and will be for a long time. Sill to come is Mass Effect, Assassins Creed and Alan Wake so that's straight away the biggest line up of games I have purchased or am planning to get right there, more than any other console I have owned. Fantastic, really, considering how little apart each title has been.

Wii for mii but sometimes mii and my wii beat johnii and tommii only to find their hornii.

I have no idea.

Since I do most of my gaming on my PC I'll have to say the Wii is my fav console atm. (don't own xbox360 or ps3) If I didn't have my PC but had all 3 consoles then I would probably pick the Xbox360 as top. But a good chunk of the games I play are on both so it doesn't make much sense for me to have one.

Wii. I may become a nintendo fanboy.

I selected PS3 because it has the exclusives that I'm most interested in (even if some aren't out yet). Most of the good 360 games are or will also be on the PC or PS3. As for the Wii, currently there are only 3 games I'd get one for: Metroid Prime 3, SSBB, and Mario Galaxy.

I have a feeling I'd be voting for Wii if I had one, but as it stands, 360 is awesomepants. Except for the frequent breakage, of course (just sent it away for the 4th time).

The only other reservation I have about it is the amount of shooters that get released for the damn thing. Which would be alot more valid if I didn't bloody own most of them. :D

I have to vote Wii since it's the only current console I've even bothered to buy. 360 would be like getting a worse PC (plus using a controller for most 'em is just plain wrong), and the PS3... it's been like a year now and I still don't think it has any games.

Xbox 360 Due to it having more games that i want. But Metal Gear Solid out ways pretty much any game on consoles right now.

I know exactly who qonfused feels about the wii.

it's so lonely D:

Interesting how the 360 is leading so far. I would have thought the wii would be in the lead. Maybe the similarities between the PC and the 360 is making all the PC gamers here vote for the 360 due to the type of games the 360 has? 360 titles that are not out on PC and are exclusive to the console are very few and far between after all?

360, when MS gives us Divx support and downloadable xbox games (dec 5)I will be a very happy customer.

360, but i want a Wii for a laugh.

PS3 is just far too expensive when the 360 is less than half the price nowadays and is basically just as good *shrug*

My ex-roomate has a Wii so I've played that a lot. Another friend has a 360 and a PS3 so I've played them as well. The Wii is the only one of the three I'd ever, ever, ever consider buying myself. Mostly because the control isn't available anywhere else and games like Zelda, Metroid, Mario Galaxy and just about every other title on it can't be played anywhere else.

The only 360 games that I've played and enjoyed were games I could play, or will be able to play, on a PC. (Bioshock, COD4, GOW, Orange Box, etc.) I'd much, much, much rather play them on a PC as opposed to an xbox. Aside from that, I don't see a reason to even consider it.

The PS3 I practically have to beg my friend to turn on. He bought it and he pretty much hates it. I've only seen a handful of games here and despite looking nice, Ninja Gaiden being a notable exception (ugly), it simply doesn't appeal to me. I don't like MG games or FF games and I haven't seen a single title that interests me with the exception of Drake. I think PS3 will be the console to own in a few years as the other consoles age less gracefully. I still won't buy one though. As a movie player though it excels. The couple of Blue Ray movies I've seen are phenomenal looking.

It's probably more to do with the fact that the 360 has more games than the other two consoles, and more of those games are triple-A titles. The Wii has Zelda, Mario and Metroid, the PS3 has Resistance and Ratchet & Clank, and the 360 has... well, everything else. I like my Wii more than my 360, but I only have two games for it (Super Mario Galaxy and Twilight Princess), whereas I have almost a dozen for the 360 -- thus, the 360 deserves my vote right now. But once Smash Bros. Brawl comes out, my opinion will probably have changed.

Guess it really is that important for a console maker to be first to market with a next gen console then?

People who own 360's and have xbox live have already paid more than the price of a ps3, and in a year they will have doubled the price it would have cost for a ps3.i dont see the logic with comparing consoles by price.

Wha?

Aside from that, you're right. Price is important, but the more good games there are the less important the price of the console is.
