It should really just be Youtube Global or something. The Internet isn't based in a country, and if Youtube is trying to be a world-spanning video network, it shouldn't start splitting the userbase and content based on country of origin.

Exactly. Most of the fun of youtube is seeing videos of people from all over the world, because it's stuff that you wouldn't normally see.
