So im trying to upload videos to youtube in HD format (where the screen goes widescreen and has a HD button). I followed this tutorial:
http://www.labnol.org/software/tutorials/make-720p-hd-widescreen-screencasts-for-youtube/8031/

I do EVERYTHING it says, and the video uploads ok and it plays with a big screen all, but the button says HQ, not HD. There is a great difference between the two...

So how do i get it to become HD?

Here is a short test video i uploaded (note it says HQ)

Now, my goal is to record the Winamp Milkdrop Visualizations and upload music videos. Im using fraps to record the visualizations but you cant set the video to be EXACT 1280 pixels x 720 pixels but i try to match it up as perfectly as i can. When i then bring the video into Camtasia, it makes the screen smaller and fills out the space around it with black:

I work around it by using the zoom feature, but that greatly reduces quality, as seen in this short video i uploaded:

Anyone? All i want is for youtube to display the uploaded videos in 1280 pixels x 720 HD. If thats not possible, then i guess im ok with HQ, but then i have to fix the whole Camtasia Black thingy bullshit.

EDIT:
The reason why the first video displays good quality in HQ is because i recorded it using camtasia instead of fraps...but i cant use camtasia for Winamp Milkdrop Visualizations, as the framerate sucks (even if i increase it)
