Funny as always.

He basically says it's Oblivion with guns, but he likes it because it's more immersive than Oblivion. Why exactly it's more immersive, other than having better voice acting, he doesn't really say, and it's certainly not enough to tempt me into buying...

Pity Mikael can't post in this thread :(

I lost interest in Zero Punctuation a few reviews ago.

Did you see the STALKER Clear Sky review? You really must :D

I've not had any desire to play FO3 yet, when I get some time this xmas break I think I shall, he's just done enough not to put me off, heh.

I'm probably going to get it for my birthday which is relatively soon :)

I have it and its sitting unopened on my shelf. Ill get to it some time.

Pretty amusing review. No interest in Fallout 3 though.

Don't worry, he keeps whining on NMA forums.

Indeed

nice little circle jerk of FO3 haters going on there. ;)

"I hate it the most!!!"
"No I hate it moar!!!"
"Well I'm a moderator and I've a HUGE postcount, so no one can hate it moar than me!!!"
"FO3 killed my sister and her unborn child!!!! Bethesda must all be drowned in Lakes of Blood!!!

Thank god this forum isn't agenda driven most of the time.

Surprised at Yatzees take on Fallout 3 but perfectly understand his take on it in relation to Branston Pickle. I do however have to wonder how well that analogy translates globally though. I know the savoury wonders of Marmite and Twiglets aren't widely known outside of the UK, what about Branston Pickle?

hmm he seems to like it but he still didn't finish the game!

The game is mind bogglingly huge. Played it for about 12 hours in total, vats definitely saves the first person combat from a complete fail, turns it around for the win.

Makes me really want to see it now, but why do I have to be at work!?

Speaking of you being at work, I wanted to play L4D with you when it came out. I left you a message, but your roomie started talking to me.

Hilarity ensued.

You know Rice Pudding is really nice with jam? Then slightly heated. *drool*

I wonder what would happen if you replaced the jam with Branston Pickle? I mean, it's still basically jam, right? Surely it would be even more epic? The idea certainly gives me a hard-on.

He might eventually. When all the interesting games stop coming out.

I suspect he will get around to it eventually, be interesting to see whether he covers L4D next week now it's out.

VATS: Shooting for lobster accountants.

Hahaha, brilliant.
