Red Light Under Vehicle

It appears when i make a prop_vehicle entity [see image]...what is it and is there a way to get rid of it? I tried making the vehicle a prop_static but it disappears...

those purple balls are just to show the center, an origin basically.

i see them lights on hl2 sp coast map i wonder what they are
