Yeah, I've seen it "on someone's head". It was quite disappointing. Still, bit of ketchup, a white shirt and some superglue, and you're half way there.

Nothing most likely - achievements are just little incentives to play through the game a number of times and have a record of what you've managed.

I'm pretty sure at least 50% of the people with the achievement did it that way.
