Might as well make it since it's been a pretty big year for movies. Check your differing opinions at the door, this is for opinions... no need to start flamewars on other people's choices.

So far it's been...

Indiana Jones 4. ;(

Heroes new season, which can't possibly fix itself unless it goes back to Season 2 and unf*cks itself. :frown:

Cloverfield... was expecting a super-crazy-insane monster movie and got a giant BAWWWfest.
HUD is the most annoying character ever. :|

10,000BC... horrible acting, cheesy hell and not nearly enough action for an Emmerich movie.

Get listing!

Indiana Jones 4, latest season of Heroes, Prison Break and some others.

Also your mom. Man, was I disappointed.

Pleasant surprises:
New Oasis and Metallica albums weren't shit.
So it all evens out to a good year.

The Dark Knight

Good film, just went in expecting better. Well, no, I just expected to walk away flabbergasted and I just... wasn't. I don't know. Need to watch it again.

hellboy 2 isn't all its cracked up to be.

For me is was HB2.

This sums it up pretty good.

I thought 10,000 BC was better than I thunk it was gonna be.

Indiana Jones and the Incan Aliens. **** spoilers.

Hellboy 2. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't completely awesome like the first.

Also, the Dark Knight is better the second time. If you didn't think it was that great the first time, give it another go. I found it to be more enjoyable.

I liked dark knight but i found the whole love triangle retarded beyond shit. But it wasn't katie holmes so I didn't give a shit.

Indy 4. Dear God.

Tropic Thunder, had potential but too much Stiller and Jack Black. Only good thing was Downey Jr.

TDK, good, but not great.

Indiana Jones IV was alright, but still a disappointment.

Indy 4 was the biggest pile of steamy crap of a movie. My once favorite director is now my most hated. It was garbage from start to finish. The only part I somewhat enjoyed is when they were scrubbing him down. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade being my favorite movie ever amplified the suck factor of Indy 4.

Definitely Indy 4.

Indiana Jones 4

Blunder of the century. And it's gonna be a looooong century.

What do you think? I blame Shia LaBeouf and George Lucas.

Shia was fine.
I blame Lucas, he's a ****ing hack who couldn't write a good story to save his life.

I mean come on... ALIENS? AREA 51? COMMIES?! NUCLEAR FALLOUT REFRIGERATORS?!

I agree but Shia was still quite bad with the swinging on vines and combing his hair constantly like he has some form of OCD :|

You act like swinging on the vines was his fault. And the hair combing thing was part of the greaser image. Are you dense?

Basically this.
The vines thing was f*cking ridiculous and made me cringe from the cheese.
The combing thing was indeed part of his greaser image, I honestly have no qualms with his character.
He wasn't whiny or anything, did nothing for me to hate him.

No but it did make his character stupid and ridiculous :|

Indeed, and the same go's for every role I've seen him in. Not his own fault, just the writers.

But anyway this bring to a much more important point.
Why is he in so many major movies?

I mean usually famous young actors have been in some successful show or movie before
being cast in so many major movies. But the Shia situation comes off as some executive just
choosing him and putting him in a lot of big movies, like he is a created superstar. I don't
live in the US so it may be he had done some stuff before that I have not seen, but to me he
just came out of nowhere.

Indy 4
Incredible Hulk
Prison Break Season 4
Family Guy Season 7 Episode 1 (wasnt as funny as i was hoping, new series and all)

Spielberg's just helping out a fellow Jew. That's all.
