Son I've been playing DoD since BETA 1! The exact first day it came out! I even remember, it was a friday LOL.

Considering what DoD originally did to the Half-Life engine these pictures are a huge dissapointment. The game looks EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL (no exaggeration). HL2 engine can do much better... Sigh..

It actully really does help. I was playing cs_assault2005new and It's a pretty big warehouse for those of you who played you know that. With a crosshairscale of 5000 I was getting headshots on snipers and scoped riflemen easily. I would get cornered past a corner. They knew I was coming out...

Easay babay! Open up hammer. Start a new map, put in the ambient_generic enitity in. Go to it's properties, under sound, select filter out for SMG. And you can play back those sounds, use SoundForge7 or whatever other program, record it as it plays back and youre good to go. That's the cleanest...

Yes, it can lol. I have one of those, both a CT and T for each side. And it does work if you spray it just right. Some dude emptied a whole de eagle clip on it and as he was reloading i came out and blasted, later he was denying falling for it lol.

I dunno looks kinda lame. Graphics are not so good and all the animations are very stiff and jerky. If they are going for realism, movements and visuals are very important.
