I doubt it dude. Because the locations of the ragdolls have to be the same for all players in server since they gotta know wheres what. I doubt you can change the physics, unless youre server admin.
I've ran some test on zombie bots to really see how much each gun deals in css. I've found some really wierd and unexplainable stuff. For instance, dual berettas deal same damage as USP and more than P228, fiveseven and glock. What's that all about? Last I remembered the duals dealed the least...
Owndership? Why so? Just cuz I made a big dent in these forums a year ago and crashed a landmark and scarred everyone here for life doesn't mean that when I return (now) I should be king.
LOL I think the case is this:
1) They messed something up (Valve)
2) They changed the soundfile names or dir's
I tried putting them in sound/weapons sounds/weapons sound/weapons sounds/weapons i tried like all the variations still doesnt work yet =(
CSS Beta they worked great. But now I can't get my custom sounds to work anymore! =(
I tried to make the folders in my Counter-Strike Source/CStrike/Sound/Weapons just like in the beta (which worked) but now I can't make it work!
