About In Flanders Fields
In 1914, the world was tossed into turmoil when Archduke Ferdinand of Austria was assassinated by a Serbian radical, bringing Europe, and the world, into a 4 year, 8.5 Million Lives Lost struggle, which we call The First World War. In every war, there are a few battles...
I'm not saying design the site for me, in all honesty, I probably would never visit it, I have my bookmarks for news sites.
Also, to satisfy you (I don't know why I am, but I am) on your thoughts that I'm some PHL double agent, even though it has NOTHING to do with the topic at hand. It's...
I've been taught that since I was knee-high to a grasshopper that commas go before and, and since an ampersand is just a short version of and, constitutes as the word and.
You bring up "don't judge a book by its cover," but what you have to understand about gamers and youth in general, they...
It's great that you're trying to start up your own gaming site, I'm sure it'd work out quite well, but here are a few helpful suggestions from someone who's been working for news/information sites for some time:

And thanks to both of you :)
Yup, I'm definatly not a very good webmaster, lol. The site is HTML with XML, CSS, and SSI includes, the forums (vBulletin, same as the HL2.net forums) are PHP.

Flanders Fields is a World War One modification for Half-Life 2, revolving around battles from the entire war (from...

Well, all those models will be included in-game (all done by Death Octimus), and he's also made the map section those models are in, which he's turning into a larger map. I beleive he'll be doing Fort Douaumont, one of the larger fortresses at Verdun.
Lighting might be my fault. The renders were too dark, so I had to use PS to brighten, sorry about that, lol.
Thanks for the kind words fellas, thats just the kinda thing that keeps us goin strong!
