yeah tensions rise when cs source beta isn't currently being unlocked. The vague time reference 3 A.M. - 7 P.M. for the 18th is the likely cause. Most people are going to have to look hourly to find out when its been unlocked, which is inconvient.

umm, you should check steampowered.com to see what you have to do with your coupon. The coupon should have some sort of # that you need to put somewhere.
