You know, I never had a problem with driving in the GTA games. GTA IV seems to have the most realistic driving model of them all, but the rest of them were fine too! The thing is, while driving you always felt like you're doing it within some congruent, fluid physics model.
Now, for some...
This is what I don't get (and I say it because you're not the first person I heard that from) - how can you consider the car handling to be better than in GTA IV? In GTA IV the car physics are not as realistic as in racing simulators such as GRID, Forza Motorsport or Dirt, but they are...
You might want to spoiler-tag that first sentence, it doesn't directly say what's going to happen, but it suggests it and I'd rather not have read it before I saw the episode.
Could you guys recommend me some good single-player campaigns/missions?I've been playing ARMA II lately and almost finished the official campaigns, so I'm looking for some quality user-made content that I'm sure is out there.
Not long ago everyone was raving about Bethesda's latest (?) title - Skyrim (which wasn't really that much better than than the hated-by-all Oblivion, which I enjoyed BTW).
This could go both ways with equal probability IMHO.
Eh? I've played some of the SP scenarios and apart from some shenanigans like my spotter opening fire on a stealthy mission and generally wonky AI at times, I haven't encountered many apparent bugs.
I'm watching it right now and enjoying it, but there's one thing I have mixed feelings about - the enemies seem to have really crap aim (worse than in the regular ARMA II scenarios/campaign where they could hit you from really far away if you were in the open). Often you're running somewhere and...
So are people still playing this game? I'm thinking of getting it during the sale. I liked RO1, but after a while there weren't many servers to choose from.
I'm a pretty avid fan of the series - I've played hundreds of hours of BF2, BF2142 and BF3 (well the last one, not hundreds yet), as well as a bit of BF2:BC on a crappy PC that barely ran it (dedication!). I play BF3 regularly, but I definitely for some reason got "old" much faster than BF2 and...
Played a bit of L4D with a few friends tonight. I didn't remember the bodies staying long enough for such a pile to build up before. I thought it was neat, you don't see that often in games.
