Everybody i know with a PC has at least a 56k connection. hell even my old work wich was a pure BS company installed modems in every customers pc's as standard. If you aint got net access then you cant realy bitch, its like moaning cos you dont have a gfx card. anyhow... *strokes 3mb...

For once i agree with Azzor. Its rather pathetic that there are some people so blind that they willingly accept Valve for following up the potentialy greatest SP experience with a 5 year old mod. i do not care if some terrorist has a 1000 more polly's, its the same f*cking game...

There are certain times when you need to just switch off the PC and do something else.. Playing half life2 over what could be a career for life is one of those times. It is a game, nothing more, it wont cure cancer, it wont save peoples lives, it wont even make you toast in the morning...

I was under the impression that the ATI card holders got bronze... meaning no extra games.... might be wrong though... in anycase it would only be CS:S you would get at the moment and HL1 etc... on the 16th with Hl2.

Im still using my CRT now and plan to continue doing so for as long as it lasts then getting the spare one from the loft. my dads got a lcd one and to be frank... they are shit for gaming. you get shadows if something moves fast enough.

People are getting over the 5 minute fad that was the gold signature. if the game was ungolded (wtf?) then you could easily tell by the thousands of "OMGZ I WILL KILZZORZ TEH GABEN!" posts.
