I think yoy guys are right, i think in HL3 the G man will let Gordon in on what he is up to, and they will become "buisness partners". I have no doubt now that the G man is an alien, or a higher being, but it seems like he's beggining to respect Gordon.

Jus for those who hate the ending to HL2, it was supposed to leave questions open. HL1, 2 and 3 are basically 1 game, so you will learn barely any in the first two, then everything at once in the third, the game is an epic, not even a trilogy. It's supposed to show how he progresses in one long...
