Amazing game. I rented it a couple night ago; my friend and I played for a few hours and it could be the most fun ive had playing XBox in a LONG time. The melee feels amazing, very responsive. Weapons are awesome, just a grade A title. I love it.

honestly... keep working at it It looks like a good start, but keep adding things. For CS you are going to need some more props, and also work on the lighting. Make some real light sources, and make some contrasting light and dark areas so that it doesn't look so flat. Also, the textures...

Yeah, I don't think that a script that minor is ruining the experience... but in my ideal world everyone would just tweak the game to look the best that it can on their hardware, and use their skill and only their skill to compete. :)

for 56k: rate 4000 cl_cmdrate 25 cl_updaterate 18 cl_smooth 0 cl_interp .01 that works well for me neways, then i just double the rate when i connect up on two lines :)

I'm in the same boat as you, sir. I live in the middle of nowhere, and I cannot get any broadband at all. I ended up getting a 2nd phoneline, a 2nd modem, and bonded the modems using multilink (not supported by all ISPs). The stability is GREATLY increased, while the pings stay the same...

so does this actually have to DL more? or is it just the unlocking process?
