well i take wing chun kung fu, and since i started it has built up a lot of muscle. It depends on how much u go tho and how much the academy u train at emphasizes the cardio portion rather than skills. I'd recommend it. @ Tredo: We use it, but not like its exclusive to wing chun

the thing i didn't like about the mp5 or the m16 depending if u had high def pack, was that when u shoot u can see the bullets and it makes some stupid cone spray pattern, it felt so inaccurate. Also, people that know how the weaopns function, the reload animations r off where often they jsut...

ya i wouldn't say he's a murderer. I'd say it was very heroic. By my previous post i'm not trying to say he shouldn't have done what he did. I'm just saying that no matter what the circumstances its horrible feeling u have to live with after killing someone.

when i played it i made sure to stick to the levels starting with E3 so i never saw any new content. The demo level was a blast with the ragdoll effects of the dead combine. I put the body up top of the pachinko (sp?) thingy and watched him tumble. Really good job on that.
